May F. Lawrence is yet another composer of whom relatively little (almost nothing) is known. The „Biographical Dictionary of the Organ“ states that she died in 1958 in the US.
Works by May F. Lawrence have been published in „The Organist“ and there are two hymn tunes written by her in „The Cokesbury Worship Hymnal“: Come, let us worship and Long years ago.
The Finnish organist Marko Hakanpää has published two organ pieces by May on his YouTube Channel (I’m providing links to community-run servers without tracking, but in case they stop working, I’ll also provide the YouTube IDs so you can see the videos there):

I found six pieces in the pdf files of „The organist“ that have been uploaded to IMSLP so far and to help you find them, I’m giving details here. The page numbers are the pages in the pdf file, not the page numbers in the collection itself. All pieces are of moderate difficulty and can be played on small as well as on larger instruments.

May F. Lawrence ist eine von (unzähligen) Komponistinnen, über die wenig (bis nichts) bekannt ist. Die englischsprachige Seite „Biographical Dictionary of the Organ“ gibt als ihr Todesjahr 1958 an, und dass sie vermutlich US-Amerikanerin war.
Werke von May F. Lawrence wurden in „The Organist“ veröffentlicht und im „Cokesbury Worship Hymnal“ finden sich zwei Choräle/Kirchenlieder von ihr: Come, let us worship und Long years ago.

Lawrence gefunden und gebe hier Hinweise zum leichteren Auffinden (die Seitenzahlen beziehen sich auf die jeweiligen pdf-Dateien, nicht auf die Sammlung als solche). Alle Stücke sind maximal von mittlerem Schwierigkeitsgrad und sowohl auf kleinen als auch auf größeren Orgeln darstellbar.
